1. How do I get started?
What are the steps in
creating a website for me?
First, you visit our
samples of websites
page to find the style of
website you like.
Next, you go to
request a quote.
After you fill in the
information, we will contact
you with a price.
If you decide to have your
website built, we will get
your information and
pictures of your pets, and
build your website.

2. How long does it take to
create a website?
Once we receive all the
necessary information from
you, it usually takes about
1 week for your site to be
built.

3. Why do you only accept 5
new clients at one time? Do
you have a waiting list?
We do this to insure that
every one of our clients
receives the attention and
service that is required
when building a website.
Once a client is completely
satisfied with their site,
we will start on the next
client. We occasionally
have a waiting list, and
after you request a quote,
your quote will include the
date that your website will
be started.

4. Are there any hidden
costs?
No. You will receive an
official quote, and that
price will be the price you
pay. If you decide later
that you would like
something extra, we will
discuss the price together
before anything changes.

5. After my website is
completely finished, what do
you charge to make changes?
(example: updated pictures
of new litters)
You will receive 1 free
update per month (up to 2
hours). If your
website requires major
changes, and the design time
is over 2 hours/month, the
price is $25.00/hour.
Most of our website clients
do not use over 2 hours a
month. Here are some
examples of how much time it
takes us to perform website
updates:
Change a photo: 15
minutes
Delete a photo: 5
minutes
Change wording: 10
minutes |

6. How much will this cost?
It depends on the number of
pages your website will
contain. A 4 page website
will cost about $35.95/month. Our estimated
prices can be found on our
Pricing
page.

7. I already have a
website, can you use the
information from it?
Absolutely.
In
fact, most of our clients
already have websites, and
want us to revamp it with
our website style. When you
are requesting a quote,
please let us know if you
already have a website.

8. What types of payment
methods to you accept?
We accept credit cards,
checks, money orders, and
PayPal. A credit card is
not required for us to build
your website. Some clients
find it easier to pay the
monthly charge
automatically with their
credit card or PayPal, but
you can choose to be mailed
an invoice every month, and
pay by check or money order.

9. How do I pay for my
website?
● Setup charge is due
at the start of the website.
● Monthly charge starts when your website
is completed.
